Ham Gardens Wedding & Events Retreat is the new name given to the expanding wedding services operation at The Blazing Donkey. The rebranding initiative aims to cement Ham Gardens as a pioneering force in the ever changing weddings industry. Notably, The Blazing Donkey was the first property in England to be licensed for outdoor ceremonies nearly 30 years ago- fast forward to the present day and the business continues to grow and prosper by meeting the rapidly evolving needs of all its wedding clients.
The new Ham Gardens brand name reinforces the family-owned property’s commitment to excellence and its ambition to retain its reputation as one of East Kent’s most popular countryside wedding destinations, now hosting over 100 weddings every year.
The Blazing Donkey will remain as hotel’s name as the business continues to offer its superb accommodation and dining services alongside the soon-to-be new “Tap Room” collab. with Eastry-based artisan brewery “Time & Tide”
So what’s new apart from the name?
A contemporary new logo reflecting the quality of the venue
An updated website featuring a user-centric wedding planning interface or “dashboard” exclusively for Ham Gardens clients with seamless navigation for a more immersive and hands on wedding planning experience.
An expanded product portfolio including but not limited to a new glamping experience and artisan street food theatre.
A renewed commitment to customer service excellence providing full wedding planning services featuring resident photography, videography (including drone), floristry and venue setting.
